Host Hotel

Group: Lobster Pot Sled Hockey Tournament  Arrival:  March 23, 2007  Departure: March 25, 2007

Reservations: Individuals may make reservations for rooms by calling 207-775-5343.  The group block will be held until February 25, 2007.  Reservation requests subsequent to the 25^th will be on a space available basis.

Deposit Required:  All individuals will be responsible for their own guarantee with a credit card (Diners, Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover).

Rooms: The hotel will reserve 40 rooms and set aside the two first floor ADA rooms for community use. Each room is non smoking and will have two full size beds.

Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled until 4 PM on the date of arrival with no penalty. Cancellations after 4 PM will be subject to a charge equal to one night room and tax. 

Payment: Individuals are responsible for payment of all charges on arrival. The hotel accepts cash and credit cards.
